Hey there, I´m Kristina – a Swedish American explorer thriving just beyond the

charming Uppsala, Sweden, living out in the wild, wild countryside. II work as a

high school teacher specializing in Music, Sports, and Leadership, and in the evenings as a yoga teacher.

 

I´ve worked as a yoga teacher since 2003 in different yoga studios. As my

fellow yogis have wished for more of my classes I´ve decided to have Patreon as my online platform. I wish to be available for my yogis 24/7.

 

Yoga with me anytime you want at your convenience, in your home, at work
