Yoga isn't just about finding your inner pretzel; it's about discovering your purpose and rocking a mindset that can tackle anything.
After my daring escapade on Everest back in 2003 (yeah, I know, I practically high-fived a Yeti up there) it led me to yoga with the monks in Gorak Shep, chillin' below the basecamp of Mount E. Talk about finding inner peace in the most elevated places, right?
While coffee fuels my mornings and journaling unveils my thoughts, it's yoga that truly aligns my existence along with traveling, routines (structure is key to total freedom) and popcorn all days of the week. Oh, and let's not forget tea – I practically swim in the stuff! My love for life is so real, I even embrace the tough times like they're my quirky sidekicks. Challenges? Bring 'em on!
I believe yoga is more than just bending and twisting – it's a lifestyle extravaganza! Sure, you'll get a workout that'll make your muscles sing, and your body will thank you for it. But guess what? The real party is in your head. With my breathing techniques and mind-melting tools, I unlock doors in the brain. Call me a brain ninja or a thought explorer – I'm basically Indiana Jones of the psyche!

Extreme sports such as
climbing, skiing, camping in extreme cold and swimming
through all seasons- inject my veins with a rush of adrenaline and dopamine- which I love!
I've got a soft spot for all things anatomy, psychology, and science. But I also enjoy asking
the big questions, like "Who am I?" and "Why did I just finish that whole bag of candy?"
It's a beautiful blend of nerd meets mystic.
